  • I have had a relationship with Dane Grell as my top man in regards to every product we offer to the customers in finance, from extended warranties to Gap insurance or any other add that they can get for the vehicle that they purchased from us. There are many things that stand out with working with Dane, the first and foremost thing is his honesty and character. There is NOBODY that I have ever worked with that has the balance of truth and professionalism like Dane. Especially in the warranty business. Remember it is a business and it can not be successful if it does not make money. However with Dane, there have been multiple times in which the warranty could not cover something that was needed, because a customer did something to void out the coverage, and he paid for it himself out of pocket in full. I am talking about 1500-2000 dollars each time he did this. But it isn't just about the money. I know when he tells me something, he does it no matter what, everytime. He is a great person to work with and somebody that I am happy to call a friend. You will never regret doing business with Dane and his fantastic company.
